When you are ready to visit, our buiness is easy to find. Our street address is 1962 East Pembroke Ave., which is in the Buckroe Beach section of Hampton, VA. We are near the intersection of East Pembroke Ave. and Old Buckroe Road. We are located towards the end of East Pembroke Ave., approx. one quarter of a mile before you reach the Beach. We are across the street from the Buckroe Shopping Center and next door to Pizza Hut.

If you're bored, a little Chit-Chat...

Unlike alot of websites, we gladly display our phone number and welcome your phone calls. We're really not sure why someone would go to the trouble of making a website, and not want to give out their telephone number, or make it so difficult to find. Maybe they would rather respond to your email questions when it suits them, than to answer your call when you need information.

We know it may sound silly, but want to mention that we actually answer our phone... No telephone auto-attendant, like: "To better serve you, please select from the following 9 options, etc...", all 9 of which have nothing to do with the reason you are calling, and when you press "O" trying to escape from the telephone auto attendant, it responds "this is not a valid option". If the companies that use these types of phone auto attendants really wanted to "better serve you" , then a person would answer the call, and that's what we do.

When we are open, a person answers the phone. On rare occassion if our front office is slammed with clients we are serving, we will turn on our answering machine to take messages. The reason is: we believe it disrespectful and irritating to a client, for us to be helping someone on the phone while the client is sitting in front of us waiting to be served, as though he/she is not even there. I think we've all been there, no one likes it.
